Times Hard, the long-awaited 2nd album by St. Louis electric blues band, Kingdom Brothers, is on sale now in CD and digital download. Times Hard offers 12 new original tunes, including the high energy crowd pleaser ”The Blues Don’t Have to Be Sad” by vocalist Chris Shepherd; the upbeat instrumental “Gateway Shuffle” by lead guitarist Ron Roskowske; and the title track “Times Hard” by bassist/producer Bob Walther. With a little something for all blues enthusiasts, Times Hard features some Kingdom Sisters background vocals and Roskowske slide guitar on Shepherd’s Delta-style “Not Gonna Worry; and the addition of the Dogtown Horns on Walther’s Memphis-fashioned “Come Back”.
